I was bored one night last week, and decided to setup a Shopify account through www.ecom-websites.com. I saw an offer for setting up a Shopify dropshipping site for just $20, and in my head that was a reasonable exchange to have something like this setup for myself.
Once I had access to the Shopify account, it asked for me to setup a domain for the shop to be pointed to, and my mind went straight to my dog Lucy. I've never purchased a domain before, and wanted it to be something memorable. Plus,I selected the "Pets" category when making the purchase through Ecom-Websites. I also figured that if I needed to include any "About Us" or personalized content for the site, it would be easiest to talk about her... in case you can't tell from the picture above, she does't mind the attention.
As for who Lucy is... she's an Australian Heeler and Pointer Mix. She was rescued at the Van Nuys Animal Shelter, and is a little over 8 years old at the time of writing this. She loves people and attention. She's scared of the ocean, but loves the sand at the beach.Â
